On iPhone your progress is backed up to iCloud automatically with your Apple ID. Install the game on the new iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID and you'll be asked whether to load the backup. If iCloud is off, progress stays on the device only.

Tap your profile picture at the top left in the game and choose Restore purchases. No Ads and the Shopkeeper's Card come back on the same Apple ID.
